Support in a crisis

Our Adult Support Team are typically the first point of contact for anyone needing immediate support or advice around domestic abuse. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, in person, over the phone or in the community.

We'll listen to you and ask questions about your situation in a confidential safe space. Our response will be friendly, supportive and non judgemental. At all times we'll work with you to increase your safety and help you to make informed decisions that are right for your needs and circumstances. Call us if:

  • You're scared of your partner, ex partner or family member

  • You feel unsafe at home or in your community

  • You need to leave an abusive situation

  • You need temporary emergency accommodation
