Contact Information

At CarmDas we know that living through isolation and lockdown is tough.  We also know that if you are living with your abuser you may feel frightened, fearful and wondering when this will all end.  The abuse you are experiencing might be worse than normal as there may be no way to escape it.  At CarmDas we want you to remember you are an expert in your own situation and are managing your day to day lives.

We are continuing to provide support in Carmarthenshire over the phone and through email.  Our refuge is still open.  You can ring, email or get in touch.

You can contact Carmdas for domestic abuse support by calling 01267 238410, emailing [email protected] or making an enquiry through the site.
