Knowledge is Power

CarmDAS deliver a wide range of therapeutic group programmes. We believe that by giving individuals knowledge we enable them to better understand and deal with their previous experiences. Participants are given practical strategies to help them thrive in their daily lives by developing resilience, increasing hope and enabling recovery.

The Programme gave me a supportive space to discuss and investigate what has happened and how to stop it happening again.  It has changed my life.  It has helped me to stop being a victim, and given me the courage to create my own boundaries
