I've been listened to, never judged, never let down, held up more times than they have known about.  The support at this part of my life has been invaluable.

The Back to Me project supports women in rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse.  We provide 1:1 support to help you with well-being.  It can help you:

  • understand trauma and stress
  • improve your confidence
  • discover what works for you
  • understand and manage your feelings
  • help you recognise your strengths (you have many!)
  • make informed decisions
  • identify who and what can help
