Our Info Centre is now open for face to face appointments.

The safety of everyone who accesses and delivers our services remains our top priority. We have reorganised our office space to ensure that we follow physical distancing and government guidelines.

Contact within our office will be limited to essential pre-booked appointments and emergencies only, to ensure physical distancing guidelines can be observed and face-to-face contact between individuals remains minimal.

  • Appointments will take place between 10am and 4pm Monday - Thursday. These will need to be pre-booked in advance
  • All workers will be wearing visors/masks during the sessions
  • We will ask health screening checks before appointments
  • We will take your temperature and ask you to wear a face mask for the appointment
  • Where possible we will ask you to come on your own to an appointment. If you need to bring children we would ask you to bring something with you to help keep them occupied.  Any other adult friends/family member accompanying you will be asked to wait in the waiting room.

These hours and processes will be reviewed on a regular basis, with updates posted on this website.

SUPPORT IN THE COMMUNITY

Existing clients can continue to contact their support worker directly, or contact us via phone and email to make an appointment or access support.

Where possible, we will continue to provide support remotely via phone and email, and off-site to limit the number of people accessing our offices.

DROP-IN AND CRISIS SUPPORT

Anyone in need of direct support should continue to contact us via our phone number

GROUPS

Support workers and volunteers will continue to keep in touch with group members via phone, whilst piloting online group-work options.

REFUGES

OTHER NON-URGENT ENQUIRIES

We still encourage anyone who does not have a support-related enquiry to contact us via email or phone.
